Highgate Legacy Park is located just off HWY27 in Davenport Florida and minutes from Disney World, Orlando. Highgate Legacy Park is a popular gated community of luxury villas and vacation rentals making an ideal place for your dream Florida holiday in the sun.

Around 40 minutes from Orlando International Airport (MCO) and just over an hour from Sanford (SFB) and Tampa (TPA) airports it is a great place to stay for your dream Florida villa holiday. The villas are located in a secluded gated community and are surrounded by pine woods making it a quiet and relaxing atmosphere.

When you have finished relaxing at your villa and are ready for action, Orlando is the place to be with all the Disney World theme parks as well as SeaWorld, Universal Studios less than 20 minutes away. In the summer months why not visit the some of Orlando's water parks like Disney's Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach, Wet n Wild located on International Drive or the newly opened Legoland Florida water park in Winter Haven.

The local shopping plaza, Berry Town Center is less than 5 minutes away and has a Publix supermarket as well a number of bars and restuarants. Local favourites would be Sunday's Fish and Chip shop, Applebee's Bar and Grill there is also MIA Pizza and and Indian restaurant called Dhaba.
