Solana Retreat

‘Lovely property. Very clean. Plenty of dishes, silverware, towels, etc. Nice game room and washer and dryer. Pool area was perfect. The only downside, if there is one, the neighbors (also vacationing) were loud. Our bedroom was at the back of the house and we could hear the neighbors like they were right outside our windows. Owner and property manager were very responsive. We would stay again.’

Perfect Vacation Home

‘We absolutely loved staying at this home, beautiful home in a very nice location. Unfortunately we happened to be in Florida when they got a huge cold front and didn’t get to enjoy Florida or the private pool at all, but it was a lovely looking pool. The house was very cold at the temperature it was set but again we know the Florida temperature we had was unusual! We will definitely keep this house in mind for any future visits! ‘Three sisters & spouses came from Indiana to enjoy Florida sunshine for a month! This home did not disappoint! Two other sisters from South Carolina & one from Oregon came for a few days! Beautiful Home!

‘I was looking for a home for me and my family to spend the holidays in Orlando. We found this beautiful home in the Dales. The direction to the house was easy to follow. The keyless entry access was great. We felt safe in the gated community and there is alarm on the house. It’s within 20-30 minutes drive away from the parks and Idrive and the shopping areas. It’s a very big and spacious home for a big family with pool and game room. We would surely be staying here again. The host is also great. He checked in to make sure everything was good. I stayed 12 days in this house and it was awesome.’

‘We had an absolutely wonderful stay over Thanksgiving at this property! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the house's spacious, well-maintained interior and outdoor areas. The private pool was perfect for relaxing after a day of fun, and the hot tub provided the ultimate way to unwind in the evenings. The house itself was very clean, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location couldn't have been better — 20 - 25 minutes to everything we wanted to see, but still peaceful and private. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a perfect getaway!’

‘This villa blew us away, we were so shocked at the space. The pictures are great but nothing like once your there. The bedrooms had everything we needed for our family, beds were super comfy and none of us had any problems sleeping. I honestly cannot fault this villa, the neighbourhood was quiet. Kitchen was great, had everything we needed. Our kids loved the pool and were in it every chance they had. I would 100% recommend this villa to family and friends, we were gutted to leave and hope to stay there again in the future.’

Wonderful Calabay Parc Stay

‘We stayed in this property for 17 nights in October 2024. We had stayed in this development previously, loved the area, and wanted to try a new villa. We booked this beautiful property through Sungrove Villas. The communication before, during and after our stay was exemplary. Nothing was too much trouble and every email was replied to very quickly and positively. We were here during Hurricane Milton and got good advice and reassurance during this stressful time. Thankfully the hurricane had little real impact on our area. The villa itself is lovely, with plenty of supplies for a large family. We loved it here. Pool is cleaned weekly, neighbours very nice and location excellent. We have holidayed in Orlando 13 times in total and this was the nicest villa and booking experience so far. Many thanks to Nick and his team at Sungrove for their support and professionalism.’

‘We stayed in this beautiful 4 bed villa in Calabay park for 3 weeks. The villa was comfortable with great beds. Spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The pool was wonderful and location was great for exploring and park days. Very easy to deal with Nick and great communication. They went above and beyond to help us out as we were actually in a different villa with someone else, which was not so comfortable. This is a beautiful vacation rental!

‘This is a lovely vacation rental with five bedrooms and four bathrooms. One of the bedrooms and bathrooms is on the first floor. The swimming pool which is 6 feet deep at one end, is a great feature of this property. It's clean and well maintained. Two of my grandchildren (ages 7 and 4) learned to swim in that pool during our vacation. They will never forget where this milestone was reached. The basics are provided to get you started (trash bags, dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, hand soap, one toilet roll in each bathroom, and laundry detergent). But you will need to make a run to a store to replenish this supply. There are many stores nearby to choose from. This rental has plenty of towels for the pool. The neighborhood is quiet and very nice. Nick was quick to respond from the very beginning when I was searching for a rental, and he checked on us via email to see if everything was in good working order after we arrived. I highly recommend this rental and would love to stay here again if we ever plan another trip to Central Florida.’

Amazing Space

‘We had the pleasure of staying in this villa for our almost 3 week holiday in Orlando. It was a great location and a very nice villa inside. The villa was easy to find and gain access to with all the info sent beforehand. It was clean and tidy for our arrival and had a good selection of facilities. It was a good layout and modern facilities, the area was nice and quiet and plenty of shops/restaurants nearby. Travelling to the Disney parks would typically take us 15-30mins with Universal & Seaworld a little bit more.’

Don’t book anywhere else!!

‘Sungrove Villas - bottom line don’t go anywhere else. I have tried Virgin and others, flights are as expected, villas are generally poor quality, same furniture it originally came with and in need of serious TLC. Owners of good villa’s which have been looked after, upgraded and which you actually want to stay in mostly don’t supply to the big airlines direct. Make your next holiday how it should be, book a fly drive or flight then email Nick at Sungrove and you are sorted. It’s not much more expensive if at all and the villa you see is the one you will be staying in - not the usual lottery.’

One of the best villas

‘Our stay in Florida this year was split between two villas, (our choice) this being the first and whilst we have stayed in Solana previously this is by far one of the best villas we have used. Extremely well laid out and maintained, this villa is a credit to the owners, spotlessly clean, very tidy, this property literally has everything you need to have a great holiday and with Solana being a gated community & having the clubhouse it covers all the bases. We will certainly be booking a further stay. We have been coming to Florida for some time and generally use the airline "Premium Villas", if you take nothing else from this review do yourself a favour and avoid the hit and miss hope of getting a "good" villa with the airlines, we dealt with Nick at Sungrove Villas and will not go anywhere else.’

‘What can I say on first arrival the house was beautiful and perfect for our holiday. Everything was as described clean and tidy. If I was to have one negative say it was the location as you need to drive to get anywhere which is normal for USA which is fine but the I4 is always bumper to bumper so takes a little longer to get to Orlando than stated but saying that I’m glad it is where it is cause you don’t get all the hustle and bustle of Orlando. Would highly recommend this as anyone’s base for a holiday in Orlando. Pool was perfect to cool down in everyday. Also you are literally 5-8 mins from a few supermarket's. My son and girlfriend found the games room a great place to hang out and play pool. 5 stars all the way.’

‘My family and I spent over a week at this spacious home. I was pleasantly surprised that it was as exactly as advertised. There were no surprises and the area was very quiet and away from the craziness of the cities! A great getaway to spend some quiet fun time with your family and still close by the area attractions. Wonderful Stay!

‘There are so many great parts of this house! We loved the upstairs and downstairs living rooms. The outside space is amazing- except for the large rip in the screen so birds kept coming in and getting stuck inside. We had a power outage which did something to the alarm system and the maintenance was quick to deal with it. The pool was cleaned half way through the week which was nice. Only complaint was the washer was moldy. Would return to this property!’

Great accommodation-Perfect for all the family!

‘We stayed at this property for 2 weeks in November. There was 11 of us in total and the villa was plenty big enough for all of us.. we even had a spare room! The pool was amazing, great outdoor area and even bigger than it looks on the images. Would recommend adding pool heating on, it was like stepping into a nice bath, it was perfect, especially after long days at the park! The only issue we had were the pool cues for the pool table, but this was rectified the very same day, great service by everyone! All pool towels were included also which was a big bonus, and we even had all the basics there such as salt, mini shampoos, shower gel, washing up liquid etc etc, which was great as we really didn’t fancy going to the supermarket after a long day travelling. Villa was kept very clean, beds were all huge, and plenty of storage space for us all. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely recommend!’

Perfect Home for Multiple Families

‘We just left after staying for a week with our friends and their children. We had kids ranging from 2 years old to 17 years old and the house was perfect for all! The home even provided baby gates got the stairs which was brilliant! We enjoyed the multiple en suites and living rooms. The pool and spa were such a nice place to rest and relax and also have some fun. Nick communicated with us throughout the process and even checked in during our stay. The house was equipped with everything we could need in the kitchen, plenty of towels and wash clothes and even a couple of baby items. We were only about a 25-30 minute drive from theme parks which was great. We would most definitely hook this house again!’

Perfect place for our holiday

‘Such a beautiful villa and very spacious both inside and out. the layout of the villa is lovely and with the living space and kitchen being open plan it really helped make the place feel spacious but also homely. We also enjoyed having 4 sun loungers so we weren't fighting over them and also how spacious the pool deck was. The location of the villa was fabulous for us as close to Disney, shops and restaurants which was all we needed to make our holiday perfect. Cannot thank Nick enough for letting us stay in his villa and for being such a great help with everything and anything we needed from him. 10/10 would recommend and would totally stay here again’
