Great accommodation-Perfect for all the family!

‘We stayed at this property for 2 weeks in November. There was 11 of us in total and the villa was plenty big enough for all of us.. we even had a spare room! The pool was amazing, great outdoor area and even bigger than it looks on the images. Would recommend adding pool heating on, it was like stepping into a nice bath, it was perfect, especially after long days at the park! The only issue we had were the pool cues for the pool table, but this was rectified the very same day, great service by everyone! All pool towels were included also which was a big bonus, and we even had all the basics there such as salt, mini shampoos, shower gel, washing up liquid etc etc, which was great as we really didn’t fancy going to the supermarket after a long day travelling. Villa was kept very clean, beds were all huge, and plenty of storage space for us all. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely recommend!’

Perfect Home for Multiple Families

‘We just left after staying for a week with our friends and their children. We had kids ranging from 2 years old to 17 years old and the house was perfect for all! The home even provided baby gates got the stairs which was brilliant! We enjoyed the multiple en suites and living rooms. The pool and spa were such a nice place to rest and relax and also have some fun. Nick communicated with us throughout the process and even checked in during our stay. The house was equipped with everything we could need in the kitchen, plenty of towels and wash clothes and even a couple of baby items. We were only about a 25-30 minute drive from theme parks which was great. We would most definitely hook this house again!’

Perfect place for our holiday

‘Such a beautiful villa and very spacious both inside and out. the layout of the villa is lovely and with the living space and kitchen being open plan it really helped make the place feel spacious but also homely. We also enjoyed having 4 sun loungers so we weren't fighting over them and also how spacious the pool deck was. The location of the villa was fabulous for us as close to Disney, shops and restaurants which was all we needed to make our holiday perfect. Cannot thank Nick enough for letting us stay in his villa and for being such a great help with everything and anything we needed from him. 10/10 would recommend and would totally stay here again’

Gorgeous Orlando Villa

‘You don’t need look any further for a wonderful villa with own pool that is really close to Disney and Universal plus shopping and everything else Orlando has fo offer. Nick as our host was really responsive. The personal pool was amazing as was not overlooked and private. Villa was very very comfortable. Peace and tranquility guaranteed. Extraordinary Experience!

Another Winner For Us!!

‘This home lived up to our expectations and more . It was spacious, tastefully furnished , and well stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfy and bed linens and towels all of a good quality . These are the things that are important to use and we always know that if we book a home through Nick we won't be disappointed. The pool deck was very private and the lanai was an added bonus to stay in out of the sun or for a cosy feeling for evening drinks. The home is located just across the highway from a new Publix supermarket. There are a great selection of restaurants just a few minutes drive in either direction. I have no hesitation in recommending this home or in fact any of the homes that Nick manages. We will certainly be back, and when we do , I don't even have to think twice about who to contact.’

Amazing Villa!

‘The home was beautiful. It was clean, spacious and better than the pictures. The home is central to publix, Walmart and lots of restaurants. I've been vacationing in Fl for about 7 years now, if our dates are available next year, we will without a doubt rent this location again. Great Location

‘We had a great 2 weeks here, location is great for the parks and you have local restaurants and shops close by. Villa was spacious and there was enough room space for 6 adults and 2 children.
Each room had its own TV and en-suite . Pool Screen was secure and great to keep little ones away from the pool when needed. .
We had plenty of towels, utensils and extra bed linen, beds were super comfy. Samantha looked after our booking and was fantastic at getting back to us with any questions that we had. Management team were also very responsive in getting back to us, we had an issue with the AC in one of rooms, after a brief chat with them over the phone it was sorted!’

Amazing Villa!

‘We have just got back from our stay in Florida.
We stayed in this amazing villa in Lake davenport.
The villa was clean spacious and perfect for our family.
The beds were comfy and clean
The amenities were perfect, the games room and pool area was amazing.
We used one of the prams that was there for our holiday which was super helpful. We also used the set of bikes which were in the garage and took a lovely bike ride to the nearby lake.
The area our villa was in, was lovely and easy to get everywhere. The supermarkets were close as were the restaurants. The parks were 20/25 mins away for Disney around 45 for universal.
Our communication from villa was clear concise and very polite. They were very helpful and friendly
We loved our stay and would return and recommend for others’

Just as described! This house is perfect for families!

‘We are a big family of six and had plenty of room and more, the house was just as listed, I am a RN and cleanliness is huge to me this house was spotless. Also has everything you need, you just need food and clothes! My kiddos loved the game room, the swimming pool and back deck area. The property manager was very quick in getting back to me and very helpful! We were close to food, stores, entertainment and more! 10 minutes from Disney, 1.5 hour from our favorite Clearwater Beach, tons of parks, and tourist things to do. We will def be staying here again when we are back in the area! This place gets five stars from this Nurse/Momma!’

Convenient and plenty of room

‘My family and I decided on a house this trip instead of a condo. This house gave us plenty of room to have our own space. The kitchen was well stocked too. There was even beach chairs and such for when we went to the beach one day. The neighborhood was nice for my daily walks. Sam answered my questions quickly before and during the trip. Fabulous Vacation Home

‘This property was perfect. Beautifully decorated, well equipped kitchen, clean and well maintained pool, comfortable beds, and plenty of space. My grandkids loved the costume /dress up items provided. There were towels and sunscreen for use with the pool. Lots of board games, a pool table and air hockey for the downtime not spent at the parks. Grocery store just down the street from the resort made it easy to pick up those last minute extras. Host was a great communicator and very accomodating. My daughter is already looking forward to our next visit.’

Great house! Great stay!

‘We had seven people in our group and plenty of room and privacy for all. The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood. We went to the Disney parks for 5 days. Although the listing says 15 minute drive, it did take us at least a half hour in the morning and sometimes longer coming home. Overall, we had a very nice stay and enjoyed coming back to a nicely kept home.’

Amazing Home and Location!

‘This vacation home was just as pictured. The host, Samantha was great with communicating and answering any questions we had. We were a group of 11 family members and we each had our own room and plenty of room to spread out in the 3 living areas. Upstairs is a neat projection TV but we didn't get a chance to use it. The pool area was amazing! We paid for the heat and it was so worth it. After a long day touring around it was perfect to come back to the pool and hot tub. The location of the home was nice as well. Out of the congested area of Orlando, but close enough to drive to the many attractions. The house being the first one in the gate was also very convenient. Would definitely stay here again!’

‘The house in Tuscan Hills is a terrific property for a large group and everything it is touted to be -- and probably more. The property was clean, well-stocked and spacious enough for a large group. Nick and the property managers respond quickly to any questions or concerns. The clever 2nd floor layout of bedrooms gives plenty of space to all and lots of privacy. The first floor and pool/spa deck are large and great gathering spots. For sure a 5-star property that is perfect for an extended stay.’

Everything you need for fun multi-family stay!

‘My family and I evacuated last minute from hurricane Ida and found this house. Nick was a wonderful host. He replied to our messages quickly and in a friendly, professional manner. Even though we were a last minute booking, he made it happen for us. The pool was very private and clean. The game room offered hours of fun. The floor plan was perfect for our multigenerational family made up of a 17 year old up to 91 year old. It offered enough space for everyone to feel comfortable. The proximity to Disney restaurants, grocery stores, and other amenities is very convenient.’

Beautiful Home; Great Location, Very Nice Management Staff

‘There are so many great things I can say about this home, least of which is the safe, outstanding location and ease of access. The home is exactly as pictured, except for different bedding and slight decor, and everything was clean and well organized inside. If there were any downsides, I would have to agree with other reviews in that the clothes dryer was older (a bottom of the line Roper-Whirlpool model) and not functioning properly. It would take several (4-5) cycles to dry a medium load. Also, the listing included a DVD player, but there was only a PlayStation without a power cord available. The cable tv in the downstairs queen bedroom kept going out on my 89-year-old mom, so we had to keep going in there to adjust it back for her. (Maybe she just couldn't figure it out-we're not sure). And there were not enough towels for our group of ten. When we contacted the management company concerning the issues, they responded immediately. It was impressive. It was like they lived next door. The worker who came out was delightfully cordial, and very receptive to our requests. He could not fix the dryer problem, even after cleaning out the vents. It would get hot, but just not dry anything. We think it had to do with air flow, which was blocked somewhere. They did bring out a dvd player, which we ironically never used (our son had an Xbox which we hooked up). They brought out a huge stack of towels and washcloths. It was a very enjoyable two-week stay and I would definitely recommend this vacation home to anyone, it was a great stay overall.’

Disney Vacation

‘Little did we know when booking this house the gem we had found for our stay! Nick was an excellent communicator and so great to work with. The house was amazing, from cleanliness to location and also the many bedrooms, this place was perfect for us. After a short 20 min drive returning home from the theme parks, our family enjoyed nightly swims in the pool. Privacy was provided by the surrounding trees and shrubbery. It was also nice having a Publix and numerous restaurants within just minutes from the house. We will definitely look forward to returning the next time we are in the area!’
