Data is obtained when a guest enquires or books a villa with us. This information may be collected via one of the booking platforms that we advertise on, website inquiry, telephone call or email. As a general rule the information collected is name, contact number and email address. All of which will enable us to communicate with you. If a booking is made, then in addition to the above information, we may also obtain your home address and names & ages of all guests due to stay in the villa. We do not collect personal data when you visit our website, we will only receive information from or about you if you make a specific inquiry about a villa, via the website direct to our company email.

We may contact you in the form of a Newsletter via contact email. We will keep your data and will update it as and when you inform us of any changes. If you no longer require our services we will delete your personal information.

THIRD PARTIES

We do not pass your information on to any third parties except as required by law or in the normal conduct of day to day business. If we use any third party as a part of our services to you we will check that they have satisfactory procedures and policies in place.

We do not use cookies to store any personal information, allow online purchases or track any other sites which you have visited.
