How it works
We work directly with the owner so any bookings would be processed as if it was a booking from the owner.
We operate on a Success Only Fee so NO costs to incur for you.
We aim primarily at the UK market so tend to have 2-3 week bookings not 3 or 4 nights, and we fill the periods that US led bookers don’t fill.
We will handle the whole booking from start to finish including all the paperwork and securing of funds. Much less admin time for you!
Since we have been operating for over 20 years, we have a large and loyal base of repeat guests who come to us for quality villas.
You can use our expertise to advise you on how to maximise your property’s rental potential.
From your perspective all you need to do is accept the booking, block it out in your calendar, and update your management company of the booking. We handle the rest. Our offer is simply to supplement your own efforts by supplying a few weeks each year in order to get to the magical break even point and beyond.
