Living - The living area offers a comfy corner sofa, perfect for relaxing, kicking back, and streaming your favourite shows on the smart TV.

Kitchen / Dining - The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need including oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher which have all recently been replaced. You will also find dishes, utensils, cups, pots & pans so you can cook up a storm for those cosy meals in.

There is a formal dining table, seating 8 as well as an informal ‘breakfast nook’ seating 4.

Bedrooms - The Master bedroom welcomes you with a sumptuous King size bed and En-suite bathroom. The bathroom has his and hers vanity unit, bathtub and walk in shower.

The second Master bedroom hosts a Queen size bed, perfect for either a single use with enough space or a couple. This bedroom has its own bathroom with vanity unit and tub with shower over.

The other 2 bedrooms are equipped with 2 Twin size beds respectively and share the 3rd bathroom.

All bathrooms have hair driers available. All rooms are equipped with ceiling fans and flatscreen Smart TVs with Roku. DisneyPlus is available complimentary, you can also use your own apps. 

Entertainment - The fully equipped games room is located in the garage and consists of pool table, table football and a basketball. We also offer 2 bikes which are available for complimentary use. 

Outdoor Living – Step outside to the large, private pool area which is fenced off for ultimate privacy. There is a shaded lanai area for anyone who needs some shade from the Floridian sun, along with a dining table & chairs – perfect for those BBQ’s on our complimentary grill (guests must obtain their own propane). There is ample seating and sun loungers.

Pool Safety - This property has a pool fence which can be put up if required.

Utilities - The separate Utility Area provides a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. All linens and towels are provided for your convenience.
