The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) directive is a new legal framework from the EU that takes effect on the 25th May 2018. This law is designed to accomplish two main things;

What personal information we collect and how we use it
Data is obtained when a guest enquires or books a villa with us. This information may be collected via one of the booking platforms that we advertise on, website inquiry, telephone call or email. As a general rule the information collected is name, contact number and email address. All of which will enable us to communicate with you. If a booking is made, then in addition to the above information, we may also obtain your home address and names & ages of all guests due to stay in the villa. We do not collect personal data when you visit our website, we will only receive information from or about you if you make a specific inquiry about a villa, via the website direct to our company email.
How we secure it
All electronic data is stored on a password protected device.
Any third parties who may have access to your data
We do not share your information with third parties.
If at any time you wish to opt out or have your data deleted from our records, please contact us accordingly.
