Where are the homes located?
All the villas are approx. 10-30 minutes’ drive to the main gates of Disney in either Kissimmee or Davenport (traffic dependant). Please ask for exact locations, so you can check it out on a map.
How do I book?
You can book with us directly on our website. Please send us an enquiry first so we can check availability of your dates. You will then be provided with a reference number and need to complete a booking form. Payment is taken securely on our website by either debit or credit card.
Can you accommodate large groups?
Yes, we let multiple villas, and many are located on the same resort and some even on the same road. So please ask and we will try and accommodate your requirements.
What are your payment terms?
We take a 25% non-refundable deposit to reserve your dates. Your final balance is not due until 10 weeks prior to arrival.
Do you use a local management company during our stay?
Yes, although we are based in the U.K., we use local and trusted management companies who we have worked with for many years. They are on hand during your stay, and we are always only a phone call / email away.
What is check in and check out time?
Check in time is 4.00pm and check out time is 10.00am.
However, if you require an earlier or later checkout, we will explore if this is possible. We cannot guarantee this and will depend if there are guests in before or after your stay. There may also be a charge.
Can we smoke?
It is against Florida law to smoke in a vacation home. For those who wish to smoke it is acceptable to smoke on the sun deck of the home. Any home found to smell of smoke upon arrival of the housekeeping team will have a specialist clean done with the associated cost passed on to the party leader.
Are the homes self-catering?
Yes, all the homes are self-catering. You will usually be provided with a toilet roll in each bathroom, bin bag and dishwasher tablet. But after that it is your responsibly to provide what you need. Wal-Mart is open 24/ hours.
Do I need pool / spa heating?
Pool/spa heating is recommended during the months of October to May when it is a little cooler.
Are hair dryers provided?
Yes, you will usually find one in each bathroom of the property.
Are bed linen and towels provided?
Yes, all beds are ready for your arrival and each bathroom has an inventory of towels. However, for guests stay for longer periods these may need to be washed and each home has a washer and dryer.
Are there ironing facilities?
Yes, all homes have a complimentary iron and ironing board.
Is there Internet access provided?
All homes now provide wireless access to the Internet and if there is a code required to access this will be provided in the welcome book in the house if not sent with your access details.
How do we get access to the house?
The days of collecting keys after a long journey are gone. All homes are different, but access will be either by an electronic door lock within the door itself, or via a secure lock box attached to the wall near the front door, which contains the front door key. With both you will be allocated a code to access for your stay.
What do we need to do on departure?
The main thing is to just make sure that the house is locked up and secure. If you can strip the beds and start a wash ready for the housekeeping team that would be helpful, but we do realize that you are on vacation.
Is the home cleaned during my stay?
Not unless you have pre-arranged and paid for this service. All homes are cleaned just before your arrival and upon your departure. If you do want an extra clean mid-stay, please ask for a quote.
Can we stay longer than checkout time or arrive early?
Unlike a hotel room that takes maybe half an hour to clean, a vacation home can take a full six hours to clean thoroughly even with a team of housekeepers. So if there is another party checking in we may not be able to accommodate this but please ask if this is required. There may be a charge.
There are minor things wrong with the house will I get charged?
You are renting a private home that many guests have used before but please check on your arrival and inform the local management company if there is anything.
Will there be anything left from previous guests?
No. For health and safety reasons management companies are under strict guidelines to remove anything left by a previous guest.
Will there be a BBQ grill?
This depends on the house. Some homes have a complimentary BBQ but ask guests to replenish the propane gas used if it runs out. Some homes provide the BBQ and propane. Due to miss-use and leaving in a bad state causing hygiene issues many homes now hire them in which includes delivery and collection, propane and cleaning. This ensures that you do not arrive to a dirty BBQ and no propane. Please ask for confirmation if you would like a BBQ to be part of your vacation.
I have a problem in the house who do I contact?
Like all homes, whether vacation or residential, things will sometimes break down without warning so if this happens during your stay, contact the local management company immediately who will address the issue.
Do you offer car hire?
No, we only offer villas. However, we can put you in a touch with a reliable agent.
Do you offer park tickets?
No, however we can recommend companies that we have used personally.
